By accepting our quote, you are deemed as agreeing to the following T&C’s.

Unless otherwise listed on quotations, prices quoted assume the following:

• All rooms / work areas are cleared by the Client prior to work commencing.

• All materials will be supplied by the Client unless included in quote.

• Price quoted assumes reasonable access for delivery of tools and other materials quoted for, reasonable access is defined as street level with parking adjacent to the property.

• Any charges such as toll, congestion, parking or other will be added to the quote. It is the Client’s responsibility to advise if these apply.

Prices quoted are for the work as defined in the quote, any duration quoted or inferred is purely for guidance and are not used to calculate the quote. A typical day will be from 8am to 5pm but may vary depending on the work, sourcing materials and other factors.

Any work added after the quotation will be charged in addition to the quoted work, please check prices when requesting extra work.

Please note, during periods of high demand, not all additional work will be able to be completed as part of the original work and may have to be rescheduled as a separate visit.

As charges apply to commercial vehicles at recycling centres, disposal of waste generated by the works will usually be quoted separately or waste will be left for the Client to dispose of.

All work will be completed as quoted but if any errors or misunderstandings arise please raise them as soon as practical. Rectifying later may be at the Client’s expense if not addressed early.

Unless previously agreed, all costs are due on completion or at a time of invoice, although for larger jobs interim payments may be requested. This will be advised prior to acceptance of the quote.

Credit cannot be offered and all payments are due at the time of invoice.

Payments not made or cleared on or prior to due date on the invoice, may incur additional payments.

All outstanding payments will be pursued and may result in County Court Judgments being issued.

All materials remain the property of Urban Redevelopments Limited until payment is received and cleared. Part payments will be credited to labour costs first and materials second unless by prior agreement.

Any additional details or terms stated or quoted take priority over applicable T&C’s.

Photos of the work both before and after may be taken and used for promotions although client details or addresses will not be disclosed. Please advise if you do not wish photos to be taken or used for this purpose.

Unless you instruct us not to, any details of the work may be used on our online portals which include our website and sharing sites such as Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. Please contact us via hello@urbanrd.co.uk should you wish content relating to you to be removed.

T&C’s and quote details should be taken in the spirit of the agreements and any legal recompense would be sought on this basis. If in doubt, please clarify prior to work commencing.
